Shipment and MOQ Policy

Our shipping payment policy is fair and transparent. In the Shop CART our Customers shall use the Shipment Button and choose the shipment destination.

At the end, prior payment, our Customers see the price overview of the items incl. the selected shipping package listed separately and clear prior final payment. For Customers not using PayPal accounts, we kindly ask to send us an inquiry via email and we will prepare and submit our offer including an invoice for bank transactional payments.

Shipping duration

Ordered and available goods will be shipped either via the standard forwarding companies such as DHL, Hermes, Fedex & Co or directly via one of our logistics/ forwarding partners. Upon receiving your order we will need a maximum of 2 working days for the confirmation and packaging of the order. The shipment itself takes 2-3 days, depending on the day of order within Switzerland. For destinations outside of Switzerland the shipment duration can take up to 10 working days, thus depending of the distance. In case of over-sea shipments like to the USA the duration can take up to 15 working days. For urgent orders we kindly ask customers to send us a notice while ordering through the inquiry field. We have capacities available, based on Good Will, we will send the goods via Express free of charge or request our customers for an additional charge.
